Over 160 banks and financial institutions in more than 50 countries have been served by our consultants over their careers. These clients are based in Europe, the Middle East, North & Latin America, the ASEAN Region, North East Asia and Africa.

Bank Clients - Consulting, Education & Best Practices

We have helped many of the world's famous, large banks and other financial institutions. We also take pride in our association with many that are less well known at the international level but which are leaders in their own countries, both in developed and emerging markets. Most importantly, we provide consulting, best practices and educational support to:

Education Clients - Workshops & Seminars

Our firm devotes 20-25% of its time to education. We help senior bankers keep up-to-date with banking developments, strategies and methods by designing and leading short, intensive workshops and seminars. Chiefly, these are in-house, private events for individual banks all over the world. We also speak often at public meetings sponsored by:

Top Level Clients

As consultants, our professionals work with the owners, boards, chief executives and top-level executives of our clients. Usually this means we are involved in assignments that involve the entire top management group. On other occasions, we focus on individual operating, or strategic business units whose performance is key to the whole enterprise. These include major divisions, countries or global market segments.

Central banks sometimes ask us to recommend how they should organise and manage themselves. Sometimes, we go into institutions they supervise. Usually, these have major problems and our job is to find urgent and practical solutions.

As trainers, we design and lead workshops and seminars for managers who are already senior and “hi-flyers”, high potential individuals who are being prepared for top positions.

Non-Bank Clients Keen to Enter Banking & Financial Services

From time-to-time, we work with companies that do not currently offer financial services but which are considering entry into the financial world, for example, retail chains and telecommunications companies. Usually, they want to know how to do it successfully at reasonable cost and risk.

The firm also assists companies that provide computer systems to banks. Here, our job is often to advise on the future IT requirements of banks so that the IT providers can develop their own well-founded strategies.
